(But that might just be me since I had 50 more steps.) If it asks if you want to replace the existing, duh. *Note I did all this to specifically have monochromatic emojis, so I don't know what happens to the colors. But in my long process I reinstalled Segoe before Step 6, and I think they were back. The first thing you will need to do is install a font called Noto Emoji.
